The applicant is seeking bail in CR No. 481/2014 registered with Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai dated 14.8.2014 for the offence punishable under section 489-A, 489-B, and 489-C, 120-B read with section 34 of the IPC. The learned APP submitted that the Sessions Case bearing No.836 of 2014 arising out of afore-stated crime has been fixed today for framing charge against the applicant. In view of the said statement, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No. 836/2014 does not conclude within a period one year from today. Leave and liberty granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
