The application is filed for suspension of sentence imposed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai and enlargement of the applicant on bail during the pendency of the above appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that earlier criminal application No.948 of 2013 filed by the applicant for bail was rejected on merits by an order dated 19th November, 2013. The applicant could not point out change in circumstances since rejection of the earlier application. The present application, therefore, is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
