This is an application seeking transit anticipatory bail in connection with first information report No.0666 of 2017 registered with Sector 20 Police Station, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh on the basis of complaint filed by Gajraj Singh for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is resident of Mumbai. The FIR has been registered at the aforesaid police station. The dispute is of civil nature. It is also submitted that the co-accused had approached the competent Court at Bangalore and he has been granted transit anticipatory bail. It is, therefore, submitted that the Applicant may be granted protection for a period of two weeks to enable him to approach the competent Court for appropriate reliefs.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, protection can be granted to the Applicant for a period of two weeks to enable him to approach appropriate Court. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with CR No.0666 of 2017 registered with Sector 20 Police Station, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the Applicant may be released on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(ii) This protection is granted for a period of two weeks i.e. up to 14th July 2017 to enable the Applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs;
(iii) The application is disposed of.
