The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 47 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons for the same are mentioned in paragraph 5(1) of the Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that the earlier advocate has expired and the new advocate who was appointed by Sharayu.

21-CAF-3297-16.doc the Appellant/Applicant, had taken discharge of which the Applicant/Appellant was not aware. It is also stated that on account of financial stringency, the Applicant/Appellant was not able to file the above First Appeal in time.

In my view, the reasons mentioned in paragraph 5(1) can be said to be the plausible reasons for the delay of 47 days occurring in filing of the above First Appeal. The above Civil Application is accordingly, allowed. Resultantly, the delay in filing the above First Appeal is condoned. The above Civil Application is disposed of. List the First Appeal for admission along with the Civil Application No. 3298 of 2016 on 16th August 2016. [R.M. SAVANT, J.] Sharayu.
