The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 21 st July, 2017. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Misc. Civil Applications be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Applicant, the Respondent and their respective Advocates.

A copy of the Consent Terms shall also be filed before the learned Civil

Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, District Raigarh on 18 th August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain divorce by mutual consent as agreed under the Consent Terms, marked 'X' . At the time of obtaining divorce, an amount of Rs. 2 Lacs shall be paid by the Applicants to the Respondent by way of Demand Draft.

The above Misc. Civil Applications are disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'
