By an order dated 28/07/2017, Mr. Vishwa Nath Purohit, Chief Engineer (Retd) was appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties subject matter of the present petition. The petition was adjourned to enable the learned sole arbitrator to place on record disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
