1] By this Petition, Petitioner has sought direction to Respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to decide the representation dated 07/01/2016. 2] Learned Counsel for Respondent - University, on instructions, makes a statement that the Grievance Cell would be established by April, 2018.

3] We therefore direct the Grievance Cell, which would be constituted by the end of April 2018, to decide the representation of the Petitioner by the end of May, 2018.
