The petitioners have approached this Court challenging the proceedings initiated by respondent no.2 under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act (DV Act).

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners has preferred an application raising preliminary objection about the maintainability of the application under Section 12 of the DV Act.
