P.C.:- By the present Application, applicant/original accused No.5 has prayed for expeditious disposal of MCOCA Special Case No. 21 of 2016 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. It is contended that, the petitioner is in jail since 8th May 2016 and has completed more than four and half years in incarceration. 2.

In view thereof, learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge, Pune, seized of MCOCA Special Case No. 21 of 2016, is directed to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endevour to conclude the same on or before 31st of December 2021.
