1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Pawan Rawatale attached to Navpada Police Station, District Thane, submitted that, the Petitioner has already filed an application for discharge and/or questioning of filing of chargesheet before the trial Court and the same is pending for adjudication. The trial Court has scheduled the said application for hearing on 26th March 2024.

2) As the Petitioner has already availed the alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) before the trial Court, present Petition for quashing of F.I.R. No. I- 163 of 2024 registered with Navpada Police Station, District Thane and subsequent chargesheet filed thereof does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. 1/2
