In our view, petition has become infructuous since tender for excavation of sand was granted in favour of Respondent No. 1 till the end of September, 2015. Since the period of excavation in the tender is over, petition has become infructuous. Reserving the right of the Petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary, writ petition is disposed of.
