Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

An amount of Rs.12 Lacs shall be deposited in the Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune ( Tribunal) by the Petitioner on or before 10th November, 2017. ii.

The Tribunal shall invest the said amount of Rs. 12 Lacs initially for a period of six months in fixed deposit of a nationalized bank. iii.

The amount of Rs.12 Lacs shall be disbursed as per the final order passed by the Tribunal in Reference (IT) No. 31 of 2014. iv.

The Tribunal shall dispose of Reference (IT) No. 31 of 2014 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order.

v.

The Tribunal shall not grant any adjournment to the parties and / or their

vi.

The Tribunal shall if require proceed with the matter on day to day basis. vii.

Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Tribunal on 3 rd November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., produce a copy of this order before the Tribunal and obtain necessary directions.

viii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. ix.

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
