None appears for the petitioner. Heard the learned AGP. By this petition, petitioner is challenging the show-cause notice dated 15/6/2017 issued by Taluka Health Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Chandwad, Nashik. By the said notice, the petitioner is called upon to show cause as to why action should not be taken against the establishment for petitioner's failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations. The Petitioner is always at liberty to give reply to the notice and approach this court, in case any adverse order is passed. Present petition is premature and therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the same in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
