By a reasoned Order dated 21.06.2018 the applicant was granted interim relief in pursuance of the statement made by the applicant that, he was ready and willing to deposit the alleged amount of Rs.6,65,000/- in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from 21.06.2018.

Mr. Rajput, learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly conceded to the fact that, till today the applicant has not deposited the said amount and is also unable to deposit the said amount hereinafter. Thus, it is clear that, the applicant on 21.06.20187 Aarti Palkar 1/2

In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 21.06.2018 is hereby vacated and as a consequence thereof, application is dismissed.
