Being aggrieved by the clause ii] a) i.e. he shall take prior permission of the Court to go abroad whenever required along with schedule, of the operative part of the order dated 24th December 2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane, this application is filed. 3.

This Court is of the opinion that, in stead of considering the application on merits it would be in the fitness of things the Applicant is given liberty to apply before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane for recalling/modification of aforesaid condition mentioned in operative part of the order dated 24th December 2018 passed by Chief Bhagyawant
