Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner be granted leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a revision application under the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960('the said Act'). She submits that interim protection granted by this Court be continued for a limited period to enable the petitioner to approach the revisional authority.

In view of the earlier orders passed, leave granted with liberty as prayed.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate revision under the said Act. The interim protection granted vide order dated 22nd December 2023 will remain operative for a period of 4 weeks from today.

It is clarified that if revision is not filed within three weeks from today, interim protection will automatically stand vacated without reference to this Court.

It is clarified that I have not examined the matter on merits and all contentions of all parties are kept open. 6.
