On information police laid a trap and it is alleged that the trap was successful. FIR came to be registered against the accused persons. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner had provided information based on which trap was laid. Petitioner states that he submitted another complaint addressed to Director, Anti Corruption Bureau on 7th January, 2015. The said complaint relates to forcibly taking his signature on the withdrawal slip of Bank of India, Karjat Branch and withdrawal of an amount of Rs.29 lakhs by accused person.

rpa 2/2 wp-2298-16.doc Learned APP on instructions submits that allegation made against accused persons by petitioner in second FIR would also be investigated while investigating first complaint i.e FIR No.12 of 2015. According to learned APP statement of petitioner in this regard would be recorded by the Investigating agency. Learned APP submits that accused in the registered FIR were arrested. Learned APP submits that approximately within eight weeks from today final report will be submitted. We direct the investigating agency to complete the investigation expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from today.

With these directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
