DATED : 26th APRIL, 2024 P.C:- On instructions of the Senior Prison Officer, Thane Central Jail, the learned APP make a statement that the applicant, who was arrested in connection with C.R.No. 11/2016, which invoke Section 8(6), 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, is released on bail by the District Judge, 8th Addl. Sessions Judge, Thane on 23/8/2023.

Accepting the said statement, Bail Application is disposed off.
