Learned AGP for the respondents opposed the application praying for restoration of the writ petition. 3.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 24/9/2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) refusing registration of the writ petition for the failure on the part of the petitioner in removing the office objections is set aside. Objections to be removed within eight (8) weeks.

The order under challenge is passed by the Judge, 8th Labour Court, Mumbai, on 23/3/2018. The application made by the petitioner for difference in the overtime wages, which the petitioner contended that he is entitled to, was rejected by the Labour Court.
