The grievance of the Petitioner is that he had filed a Review/Revision Petition in respect of the order dated 23rd September, 2011 (Exhibit "F") passed by the Respondent No. 1 - Collector, Solapur, but the Collector, Solapur had not decided the Review/Revision Petition which was filed on 22nd October, 2012 (Exhibit "J") as yet. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that some report was called by the Collector from the Respondent No. 2 - City Survey Officer and for want of the said report the matter is pending before the Collector, Solapur since long.

The learned AGP submits that the Collector, Solapur shall decide the Review/Revision Petition as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid statement made by the learned AGP, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Collector, Solapur to consider and take appropriate decision on the aforesaid Review/Revision Petition in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
