Admittedly, there is an alternate remedy available to the petitioner under Section 76 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act 1948, of the Revision.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of. 4.

Ad-interim relief is continued for a period of 8 weeks from today. 5.

If revision is preferred within 2 weeks from today, time consumed in prosecuting present petition be taken into consideration while dealing with the Revision.

Contention raised by Shri Anturkar as regards conduct of the SubDivisional Officer, is permitted to be brought to the notice of Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, which should be taken into consideration at appropriate stage, while deciding the Revision.
