These are applications for intervention by the first informant Shri. Kantilal Patel in CR No.41/2017 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

The applicants in A.B.A. Nos. 889/2017 and 890/2017 are directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copies of the applications be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the stipulated period.
