DATED : 1st SEPTEMBER, 2021 P.C:- Learned counsel for the applicant make a statement that he has rendered his co-operation to the Investigating Officer by remaining present on the dates mentioned in the order dated 17th August 2021.

Since prima facie case against the applicant was noted in the order, and in the wake of the said observations, he was held entitled for interim protection. No custodial interrogation of the applicant is warranted as no fresh material has surfaced on record. The order dated 17th August 2021 is made absolute subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall render his co-operation in Tilak
