1] This petition is filed for quashing of the application filed by the respondent No.2 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, which is at present pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, at Silvassa. 2] Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that the matter is at the stage of evidence. He submits that the evidence of the respondent No.2 is already over.

3] Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. In the result, following order is passed : 1/2
