This is an application for condonation of delay in deposit of the rent/compensation from January 2020 till date. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the contesting respondent No.1.

The amount of the arrears upto February 2021 shall be deposited before the small causes Court within two weeks from today.

The applicant shall continue to deposit the rent/compensation on and March 2021 as per order dated 25th April 2016 in Civil Application No.197 of 2016.
