Learned counsel for the respondent has filed on record the judgment and order dated 2nd April 2018 passed by the Family Court at Bandra wherein the parties to the present petition have opted for decree of divorce by mutual consent. 2.

The Court had come to a conclusion that there was a irretrievable breakdown. The Family Court has observed that the wife has received an amount of Rs. 18 lakhs from her husband towards her claim of permanent alimony/maintenance for past, present and future.
