We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by keeping all points open on every aspect as the applications as filed on 26.2.2014 by the respective petitioners are still pending for adjudication before the Chairman/Secretary, Nashik District Security Guards Board, Nashik.

Without observing anything, the concerned respondent

KJ 2/2 wp7075.14-46 no.1 is directed to decide these applications in accordance with law as early as possible. The present petition is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that as contended by the learned counsel for respondent no.3 that some of the petitioners have already granted consent for being transferred to another site, therefore, applications of such persons also need to be considered in view of above in accordance with law and so also the other applications. Writ petition is disposed of. All points are kept open. No costs.
