This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal against conviction, wherein the appellant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (2)(i), 354(A)(i) and 506(1) of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
The delay is of 24 days. The applicant is in custody since 11th February 2019. For the reasons assigned in the application, the
