We have heard the learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State. He has invited our attention to the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal, after giving cogent reasons, has noted that there is a gross unexplained delay of six years in filing the Original Application and on that ground the Tribunal has dismissed the O.A. 3.

We do not see any reasons to interfere with the impugned order passed by the MAT. Hence, writ petition is dismissed. M.S. SONAK, J.
