6) The learned Special Judge seized with Special Case No. 170 of 2023, arising out of CR No. 55 of 2023 of MHB Colony Police Station is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial in Special Case No. 170 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of the communication of this order. 7) The application stands disposed.
