2021.01.13 17:45:03 +0530 Diksha Rane 2012 before the Civil Judge Junior Division, Shirur, Pune. He points out that the Suit has been decided. In this view of the matter nothing survives for consideration in the present Petition. The mutation entry obviously will abide by the decision of the Civil Court.
