This is an application preferred through jail by the appellant, whose Appeal No.1216 of 2011 was finally heard and dismissed by this Court vide order dated 9th March, 2015 (Coram: Smt. I.K. Jain,J.). This application is for recalling the said order of dismissal of appeal, which cannot be done. At the most the course open for the appellant, who is presently in jail at Kolhapur, is to take recourse before the higher authority. As such, present application is accordingly disposed of. Present order be communicated to the applicant/appellant through Kolhapur Central Prison.
