At the outset, as soon as the matter was called out, learned Counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application. He states that the charge-sheet is likely to be filed within 2-3 days and as such, the applicant intends to approach the trial Court by filing an application for bail, after filing of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

If an application for bail after filing of charge-sheet is filed, the same shall be decided by the learned Judge, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
