Statutory amount if any deposited in this Court be transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Sindhudurg. Mr. Sharma, has instructions to state that Appellant will be depositing the entire amount in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Sindhudurg.

Respondents/Claimants will be entitled to withdraw the entire amount alongwith accrued interest if any. 3.

In view of the withdrawal of First Appeal, the Appellant will be entitled to refund the court fees as per the applicable Rules. 4.
