Petitioner no.10 has handed in written consent of all other petitioners namely petitioner nos.1 to 8 authorizing Mr.Chanderpal (Petitioner no.10) to argue this petition on their behalf. The petitioner no.9 is present in Court. He also gives his oral consent to Mr.Chanderpal representing him before this Court in the present petition.

In view thereof, we allow Mr.Chanderpal to argue this petition.

wp-2597-14 Mr.Chenderpal does not press prayer Clauses (a) and (b) in this writ petition in view of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4154 of 2012.

After this petition was argued for some time, Mr.Chanderpal seeks leave to withdraw it with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in relation to the reliefs claimed in prayer clauses (c) to (f) of the petition. (S.P. DESHMUKH, J.) (S.C.
