Learned counsel appearing for the applicant during the course confined his arguments seeking direction to the concern Court to expedite the hearing of the discharge application filed by the applicant and decide the same within stipulated period. 2.

Since there is prayer in as much as when the directions is sought learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mazgaon to decide the application filed by the applicant and since the application is pending from 2016, the said Court is directed to decide said application for discharge as expeditiously as possible preferably within 10 weeks from today on its own merits.
