The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he has been promoted by Respondent No. 5 - School on the post of Head Master vide order dated 28th May, 2013 the Respondent No. 1 has not given approval to the said promotion. The prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to consider the Petitioner's case for approval on the post of Head Master keeping in view the Petitioner's seniority. The Respondent No. 4 has filed reply and has not disputed that the Petitioner is senior to him. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and the limited prayer made by the Petitioner, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No. 1 - Education Officer to examine the Petitioner's claim in regard to the promotion on the post of Head Master as per his seniority, in accordance with law. 4.

The aforesaid decision be taken by Respondent No. 1 within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
