Mr. Kapadnis, learned APP, on instructions, made a statement that pursuant to the petitioner's report, FIR bearing CR No.536 of 2017 is registered against the Directors of Waterfront Construction Pvt.Ltd. for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on 9th November, 2017. In support of his statement, he has placed on record a report dated 14th November, 2017 of the API-Chaturshringhi Police Station, Pune City. A copy of the said FIR is annexed to the report. 2.
