DATED : 7th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is already issued a notice u/s. 41(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure on 24/6/2022, directing to report to the Investigating Officer within a period of two days. Instead, he approached the Sessions Court seeking protection from arrest which already has been rejected.

Let the learned APP comply with the notice issued to him by reporting to the police station. The Investigating Officer, if he deem it necessary to arrest the applicant shall record the reasons and issue 48 hours notice to him before effecting the arrest.
