Bharat Vaishnawa, taken up in production board. Heard Mr. Bharat Vaishnawa, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr. Vaishnawa submitted that the petitioners have imported goods from China. The petitioners have filed Application-Exhibit-5 for interim reliefs on 23.1.2015. The learned trial Judge, till date, has not passed any orders. The petitioners have to pay demurrage charges. He, therefore, submits that trial Court may be directed to dispose of

2 / 2 WP/6579/2015 Application - Exhibit-5 in a time bound manner. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file application before trial Court for expeditious disposal of Application-Exhibit-5. If such application is made, learned trial Judge will pass appropriate orders in the light of controversy raised before it. Subject to that, no order is required in the petition.

Petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
