The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 on instructions who was present in Court on last occasion makes statement that by keeping all points open respondent will reinstate the petitioner in view of the orders passed by this Court dated 21st June 2016. Therefore, at this stage and to avoid further delay, we are inclined to accept the said statement. In view of this, the present Contempt Petition does not survive. It is disposed of accordingly.
