This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 3rd March 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 30th Court, Kurla, Mumbai in Complaint No. 3000896/SS/2012. There is a delay of three days in filing the application challenging the impugned order.
