By this Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks the order of stay of the judgment and award dated 29th October, 2013 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 1069 of 2008.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon is deposited by the insurance company.

In view of this, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed, pending Appeal. 4.
