Heard the learned Advocates and the parties who are present in Court and by consent, the following order is passed : (i) The Applicant shall attend the Divorce Petition No.1419 of 2016 pending before the Family Court at Pune.

(ii)The Applicant shall be paid Rs.1,500/- on every date of hearing towards her travel expenses. The said amount of Rs.1,500/- shall be paid to her on the same day in cash and an acknowledgment shall be obtained from the Applicant. (iii)The parties shall appear before the Family Court at Pune on 27th September, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions. (iv)The Family Court at Pune shall endeavour to dispose off Divorce Petition No.1419 of 2016 within a period of six months from 27th September, 2017. ssp 1/2

mca 225 of 2017 (42).sxw (v) The Family Court at Pune shall not grant any adjournment/s to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The parties too shall not seek any adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary.
