1) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
2) In view of the evidence of prosecution witnesses, the moot question to be decided in the present appeal would be, whether the alleged demand by the appellant and his family members amounts to dowry and would, therefore, attract the provisions of section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and whether the conviction of the appellant under the said section is, therefore, justified. Apart from the said question, it was informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was on bail during the pendency of the trial and there is no report that he has violated any of the conditions

In view of the above, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. 3) Hence, the following order :- (a) The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount;
(b) After his release from Jail, the applicant shall attend the Trial Court once in three months on every first working Saturday of the said month between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m;
(c) In case of any two consecutive defaults in attending the Trial Court by the applicant, the prosecution will be entitled for seeking cancellation of bail granted by this Court;
