This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for extension of time for conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. The learned Arbitrator was appointed by an order dated 20 December 2018 by which the Arbitration proceedings were to be concluded within a period of six months. 2.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that the hearing in the Arbitration proceedings is concluded and the Arbitration proceedings are for pronouncement of the award. In that view of the matter, the time for passing of the award is extended by one month from today.
