This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No.1-Suman Dattatraya Jadhav as also deceased Respondent No.10-Sadanand s/o Dattatraya Jadhav. The application is filed within the period of limitation. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.

(ii) Petitioners and Respondents to carry out necessary amendment to the cause-title of Writ Petition No.3764 of 2021 to add legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No.1, whose names are listed in the cause-title of the application as Petitioner Nos.1A to 1D and legal representatives of Respondent No.10, whose names are listed in the causetitle of the application as Respondent Nos.10A to 10D, within a period of Aarti Palkar
