Heard learned counsel for applicant. Application is taken out for bail during the pendency of the appeal.

The applicant is convicted for offence punishable under Sections 302, 376 (2), 363, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, he had filed Criminal Application No.1374 of 2014 for bail during pendency of the appeal. This application was rejected by the Division Bench of this Court, by speaking order dated 6th January, 2014. The applicant has not placed on record any fresh ground or circumstance which entitles him to be released on bail. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this application and the same is rejected.
