DATE: 03 MARCH 2015 P.C. :- 1] This petition is directed against the order dated 6 September 2013 made by the Minister (Revenue) rejecting the petitioner's applications for intervention in four revision petitions. 2] The petitioners, asserted certain independent rights in respect of the properties, which are subject matter of the revision petitions. It is the case of the petitioner, that the petitioner ought to be allowed not merely to intervene, but also to independently prosecute the revisions petitions in his own right.

3] In the aforesaid circumstances, it would not be appropriate to permit the petitioner to intervene in the revisions petitions already filed. Further, this will not come in the way of the petitioner from 1/2

skc 19-wp-8570-14 instituting separate revision petitions, if such a course is permissible in law, at this stage, or in any case from taking out appropriate proceedings to assert his independent rights in the suit property.

4] With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs, (M. S. SONAK, J.) Chandka 2/2
