Heard. This application is under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for substitute service on respondent No.1B Raju @ Rajendra @ Vijay Laxman Borawake.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

4.1540.17-caw a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the applicants to effect the service of notice of Writ Petition No.6206/1997 on the respondent No.1b herein by substituted service by publication in daily newspaper Dainik Loksatta Pune Maharashtra State."

b) The applicant to complete the service within 12 weeks from today.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
